1. What you buy

"Your First Marathon After 40" is a PDF guide (digital content). You get it as a download right after payment, and by email.

2. Who sells it

Payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, sales tax/VAT, and receipts. Stripe's terms for that transaction apply alongside these terms. The content is published by Die Digitalen GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland (see imprint).

3. Price

The price is shown in US dollars and includes any sales tax or VAT, which Stripe calculates for your location.

4. Your license

Your copy is for your personal use. You may print it and keep it on your own devices. You may not share, resell, or publish the file or its contents. Each copy is marked with the buyer's email address.

5. Refunds

If the guide isn't for you, email hello@marathonwithgus.run within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After a refund, your download link stops working. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Health

The guide is general education, not medical advice, and doesn't replace advice from your doctor. Get medical clearance before you start training, and stop and seek help if you feel chest pain, faintness, an irregular heartbeat, or unusual breathlessness. You're responsible for how you use the plan.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Law

Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
